At NHAHS, this area in general, the people who had command at all levels from the rotary and vertical lift community has been an interest of ours, historically. When the current website was created during 2016-2018, NHAHS worked off research done by one of our list members, CAPT Tom Ford, USN (Ret.) who not only providing word files for all COs and Commanders etc. for the Navy up through 2020, but provided the same data for the Marine Corps and Coast Guard. I laid it out in text as best I could but I added a DB search tool where you can input either a last name or a command and the search will show you the results from all three services. It has been on our list to add names in all the categories since 2020, but getting that information is not easy or been possible of recent.
