That was a lot of flame and it looks like they were already beyond V1.  Knowing nothing about the type, it looks like they had some issues getting to Vr and still tried to rotate, likely due to a complete lack of any other option.  The fire was obviously an issue, but I’m wondering what sucked away their takeoff power.  It’s a tough thing to see.
